About the Role:

The Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the IT Program Manager, Project Manager and Leads in various activities.

Key responsibilities include coordinating program/project meetings, supporting regular program status reports and contract reporting, maintaining the program schedule and resource plan, and utilizing Agile tools.

In addition, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coding and reconciling invoices, managing documents, developing materials and artifacts, and monitoring actions on the programs.

Experience with agile project methodologies is required, as well as an understanding of project and program management principles.

Job Requirements:
  • Agile project experience
  • Project and program management knowledge

We are offering a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on experience, commensurate with market rates for Adelaide.
