Located in Gepps Cross, South Australia, Visy is a leading company in the circular economy. With over 7,000 employees and 150 global operations, we prioritize closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing, and recycling.

We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics, and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging.

The Sales Administrator role reports to the State Sales Manager and plays a crucial part in our success.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Process high volume quote and NPD work efficiently.
  • Coordinate timely artwork approvals with internal departments.
  • Work closely with Design and customer service teams to deliver results.
  • Provide accurate reporting (Preprint Reports, artwork / die line / invoice copies as required).
  • Liaise with customers across multiple levels to meet their needs.
  • Assist with group projects (tender renewals, presentations, and continuous improvement initiatives).
  • Ensure samples are prepared for Account Managers to present to customers for approval.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize or modify the pre-production process to increase productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in cross-training to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
