About the Role

As an Office Support Specialist at Superior People Recruitment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Melbourne office. This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our Co-Founders and various departments.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating business update meetings to ensure information is received from all departments and presentations are prepared.
  • Managing inventory levels, including swatch labelling, and supporting the preparation and posting of swatches to customers.
  • Maintaining internal contact lists, placing orders for kitchen and bathroom supplies, and managing office expenses.
  • Providing exceptional customer experience, including meeting and greeting visitors, responding to phone calls, and resolving customer enquiries.

You will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion while working in a busy office environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, which includes:

  • A base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
