Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Property Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across the property sector.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring that all queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Communication: Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as necessary, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional customer support and maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Product Knowledge: Understand the company's products and services to answer customer inquiries accurately and provide informed solutions.
- Feedback and Insights: Report on customer feedback and insights to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer-Oriented Approach: Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach to problem-solving, prioritising customer needs and expectations.
- Knowledge of Customer Service Principles: Possess strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications, with the ability to adapt to new technology and systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the property industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $63,000 - $77,000 per year, pending experience, plus superannuation. Other benefits include:
