:Your role will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the technological tools that aid in better lives for individuals and communities. You will be finding and implementing effective IT solutions within a matrix organization, managing incidents, problems, and changes in the IT landscape in Australia and New Zealand, and providing after-hours support for critical issues.

What You Will Do:
Find and implement effective IT solutions within a matrix organization.
Manage incidents, problems, and changes in the IT landscape in Australia and New Zealand.
Complete daily maintenance tasks, including backups.
Provide after-hours support for critical issues.
Manage the installation of end-user tools and equipment.
Ensure security of systems and report on security status.
Support the management of local servers and networks in collaboration with global IT teams.
Administer the IT assets register.
Train and educate users on IT workplace and collaboration tools.
Involve in requirement analysis and documentation where technology can solve business issues.
Who You Are:
Bringing your demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective IT solutions, you are proactive in managing IT-related incidents and maintenance tasks. With 3 to 5 years of experience in systems administration, you excel in communication and collaboration abilities. You will also:
Show adaptability and willingness to participate in after-hours support.
Have mastery of Microsoft’s ecosystem, including Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, Office 365.
Be proficient in managing Windows server environments and Hyper-V virtualization.
Have practical knowledge of Office 365 applications, such as email, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Possess a solid foundation in networking concepts like DHCP, LAN, and VLAN.
Hold recognized industry certifications (CCNA, MSCE, ITIL) which are highly regarded.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English, to connect with all stakeholders.
Be committed to continuous learning and user education.
Have experience in a global or matrix organization (nice to have).
Possess advanced knowledge of IT security and system management (nice to have).
