Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Process all customer orders received, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, particularly for orders worth up to $100,000.
  • Stock Management: Assist in managing stock availability to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and finalize orders for customers.
  • Account Management: Send balance payment requests and follow up in a timely manner, while noting customers' credit limits and ensuring their account status is correctly on hold or active.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers with stock check requests, answer queries, and provide pricing quotes as requested.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • You are confident in using the Microsoft Office Suite, preferably with experience in Netsuite.
  • You thrive in high-volume and fast-paced environments, demonstrating great time management and communication skills.
  • You have previous experience in a similar role, processing complex and high-volume orders.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
