Receptionist / Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Superior People Recruitment. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating business meetings and ensuring information is received from all departments
- Managing swatch labelling and supporting the showroom with fulfilling swatch requests
- Preparing and posting swatches to customers, as well as maintaining internal contact lists
- Ordering kitchen and bathroom supplies, managing office coffee machines, and replenishing stamps and post bags
- Booking travel arrangements, including visas and online check-in
- Liaising with external suppliers for building maintenance and managing kitchen facilities
- Collating and distributing customer swatch packs and master rug swatches to showrooms
- Using CRM databases to assist customers with queries and provide quotes, stock availability, and ETA's
- Demonstrated experience in a Receptionist/administrator role
- Excellent personal presentation and engaging demeanor
- Exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A passion for interiors and ability to prioritize, organize, and anticipate demands
- Initiative to identify opportunities for greater efficiencies and a professional, perceptive approach to work
