Administrative Services Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join Monash Health Aged Service as an Administration Support Officer, working full-time in our Community Support Options (CSO) program.
- As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will support clinical staff in delivering client-centred practices for vulnerable Victorians.
- You will work to prevent or delay clients entering into residential care by providing administrative coordination to enhance our clinical support.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and growing program that provides various supports to people in the community to help prevent or delay the need for long-term residential care.

Your Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- A high level of use and experience with The Client Manager (TCM) system.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with supporting Case Managers, Home Care Packages, or the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- A willingness to undertake a Victorian Police Check and a Working with Children's Check.
