About the Role

The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members. We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our team at our Lyndhurst facility in Dandenong South, Melbourne as a Delivery Services Officer.

This role involves working efficiently and collaboratively with customers and operations teams across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland to manage and resolve customer queries, finding the best solutions for both our customers and the business.

It's a fast-paced role requiring outstanding customer service, problem-solving, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner
  • Partnering with the operations team to ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with and resolved in a timely manner
  • Diagnosing inbound customer service enquiries and resolving where applicable
  • Conducting enquiries with internal stakeholders prior to escalating any complex customer enquiries to leaders and operations
  • Producing KPI reports and performing general administration tasks as required
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment
  • A good understanding of a fast-paced logistics/retail operation
  • Extensive experience in providing high-quality and professional service to both internal and external stakeholders, including managing competing customer and internal stakeholder requests
  • Impressive credentials in developing strong relationships and rapport with customers and internal operations staff
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • IT skills (Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS)
