Responsabilités clés
Planifier les activités de vente et définir des objectifs pour un secteur et/ou une zone géographique spécifiques Identifier les opportunités de vente croisée et de montée en gamme auprès des clients dans un secteur et/ou une zone géographique spécifiques Génération de leads pour construire et soutenir le pipeline spécifique à un secteur actuel et futur Maintenir des dossiers précis des activités de vente et des interactions avec les clients dans le système CRM Interface régulière avec des clients potentiels et actuels, réunions téléphoniques et en face à face Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans le secteur et/ou la zone géographique spécifiques Atteindre tous les KPI clients conformément à la stratégie/plan de vente Responsable de la croissance et de l'optimisation des sources de revenus commerciales rentables Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients clés Responsable de la gestion continue de la base de clients attribuée Responsable de l'élargissement de la base de clientsQualifications, Compétences et Expérience
Le candidat retenu possédera les éléments suivants :
Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le transport de marchandises avec un accent sur la gestion des comptes clés/ventes ou les solutions clients, le service et les opérations Capacité à gérer les priorités, être bien organisé, méthodique et bien gérer la pression Excellente expérience en génération de leads clients Expérience dans le développement et la gestion des relations dans le secteur du transport de marchandises ou un marché connexe Compétences et expérience avérées en planification de pipeline client Compétences avancées en communication et en négociation Orienté processus et proactifÉtant donné que nous fournissons un service essentiel à l'économie australienne, nous exigeons que les candidats puissent démontrer qu'ils sont vaccinés contre la COVID-19.
