Expert Solution Sales Director

We are seeking an Expert Solution Sales Director to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership, a strong understanding of business sales processes, and excellent communication skills.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing market success of ServiceNow's Creator Workflow products, which are built on our market-leading Service Management platform.
The primary goal of this role is to ensure that customers envision the value of a digital transformation and support development of strategy by partnering with the rest of the account team, customer, and partners.
Responsibilities- Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution
- Provide input to Account Executives (AEs) during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendation
- Ensure recommendations to territory strategy and account planning are aligned with Now Value principles
- Support customers to develop strategies by partnering with the rest of the account team, customer, and partners
- Interlock with Senior Consultants (SCs) and Specialist SCs on Capability Roadmaps for feedback and agreement and team-based on engagement model
- Coach AEs, Account Development Representatives (ADRs), and Account Customer Engagers (ACEs) with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify specialty solution opportunities and help manage the sales cycle
- Customize the time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes
- Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment
- 7+ years of knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions areas to lead solution win
- Experience as an AE or in alternative sales/customer service role
- Understanding of business sales processes
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
