Enterprise Sales Director, Cybersecurity Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share for Check Point Software's Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier enterprises, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to address their security challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of sales strategies.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, preferably in the Cybersecurity industry.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and other relevant technologies.

Estimated Salary: AU$150,000 - AU$200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
