About the Role

This is a high-profile position within the LNRS Data Services (Australia) Pty Ltd Company, reporting directly to the RiskNarrative Solutions Consulting Director. The Senior Solutions Consultant will be part of the RiskNarrative Core Solutions Consulting team and work closely with the Sales department.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise on the RiskNarrative platform. This includes acting as a deep domain subject matter expert, supporting complex sales engagements, and leading product demonstrations and presentations.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead technical specialist for global RiskNarrative sales activity, responsible for delivering deep technical product knowledge to support commercial engagements.
  • Maintain high levels of RN product and market knowledge across the RN Core SC team.
  • Create and maintain Global RN SC Best Practise alongside the RN Solutions Consulting Director.
  • Support remote or face-to-face sales calls in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), remote Proof of Concept (POCs) processes.
Requirements
  • Experience in pre-sales/solutions consulting, professional services, or sales role, working collaboratively with Sales Teams, understanding the full sales life cycle & processes.
  • Proven experience gained within a Technology and/or Data focused organization and solution implementation experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing contexts. Ability to convey technical subject matters in simple business-friendly terms.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, naturally pro-active with great sense of initiative.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
