We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic global team at LNRS Data Services (Australia) Pty Ltd Company. This is a challenging role that will involve supporting high-performing sales activity, working collaboratively with Sales Teams on exciting customer projects across various regulated markets.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will act as a deep domain subject matter expert on the RiskNarrative platform and its applications in regulated markets. Your responsibilities will include leading complex sales engagements selling cloud technology into regulated markets, conveying technical subject matters in simple business-friendly terms, and assisting sales calls remotely or face-to-face in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-sales/solutions consulting, professional services, or sales roles, working collaboratively with Sales Teams, understanding the full sales life cycle & processes. You will also be required to have proven experience gained within a Technology and/or Data focused organization and solution implementation experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing contexts.

About the Job:

Job Description
  • Act as RiskNarrrative deep domain subject matter expert on the RiskNarrative platform and its application across regulated markets
  • Support high value and/or complex opportunities
  • Be responsible for acting as the lead technical specialist for global RiskNarrative sales activity, to support commercial engagements where deep technical product knowledge is required
  • Be responsible for maintaining high levels of RN product and market knowledge across the RN Core SC team
  • Alongside RN Solutions Consulting Director, take responsibility for creating and maintaining Global RN SC Best Practise
  • Assist sales calls remotely or face-to-face in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations and presentations
  • Manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), remote Proof of Concept (POCs) processes
  • Support the training of internal teams in understanding RiskNarrative, and delivering excellent solution demonstrations and customer engagements
  • Support the sales team in pricing customization
  • Responsible for leading the presentation of the technical aspects of the RiskNarrative solution through demos and process flows to help evidence how it aligns with our customer's requirements
