
Sales Director for Enterprise Solutions in Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at ESR Healthcare in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in enterprise sales to drive business growth.
About the Role
The Sales Director will be responsible for representing, presenting, demonstrating, negotiating, and selling our suite of solutions to current customers, prospects, consultants, and business partners. This role focuses on growing the current customer base, with opportunities varying from upgrades, add-ons, and enterprise deals.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintaining the sales pipeline, contacts, and activities in Salesforce and other reporting tools;
- Developing and maintaining consultative sales relationships with key buying influences in each account;
- Demonstrating the company solution, services, and hardware portfolio;
- Attending company tradeshows and conferences;
- Responding to and leading RFP/RFI's and price systems and configurations;
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Quota Attainment;
- Networking and relationship building;
- Pipeline growth;
- Territory Plan Forecast Accuracy;
- Base vs. New Logo Mix;
- Face to Face Meetings (Quality & Quantity);
- Phone Conversations with Prospects (resulting in action);
- Conference Calls;
- Discovery Meetings;
- Demos;
- Conferences;
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university;
- Five or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Direct healthcare sales experience or experience selling software solutions;
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex sales cycles;
- A proven history of large, multi-product enterprise sales;
- Current active contacts with healthcare industry executives within the territory;
Benefits and Growth Opportunities
This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from AUD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and growth opportunities within the company.
