Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee menu development, refinement, and execution, ensuring dishes meet the restaurant's culinary standards.

  • Manage inventory, supplies, and kitchen equipment, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste.

  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver seamless service, exceeding customer expectations.

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

About You:

  • Culinary Expertise
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Chef or Culinary Director, with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring the restaurant's operational needs are met.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
