Enterprise SaaS Applications Sales Director with Australia Market Experience

About the Role
This is a Sales Leadership position for a growing team, and we're looking for an inspiring Sales Director with experience in Business Applications (SaaS ERP / CRM) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process.
- Sell and promote the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
- Build working relationships with license, consulting, and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
- Generate and achieve monthly territory forecasts and accurately predict revenue on a monthly basis.
- Manage escalation and conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
Requirements
- Proven tenure and stability leading a team of business cloud software sales representatives in a sophisticated solution environment.
- Background in Applications as opposed to Technology or Hardware.
- First-line management experience managing a team of ERP or HCM and SaaS Business Applications Sales Reps.
- Financial management experience, including managing sales pipeline and delivering accurate forecasts.
- Sales acumen, with a track record of delivering consistent sales success, $5-10m per year.
- Industry knowledge, with significant business software experience either vendor sales or consulting sales.
- Strong network of relevant strategic business and IT relationships and references.
- Experience in the cloud business applications sales industry, with several years of experience in Cloud Business Apps, ERP, Supply Chain, etc.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
