Sales Director Job Description

About the Role

  • We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive sales efforts in Australia.
  • As our top sales performer for the region, you'll be responsible for new customer acquisitions and developing key growth sales strategies.
  • This is an individual contributor role, requiring you to hit and overachieve your sales quota.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and close sales opportunities with Fortune 500 companies in Australia.
  2. Manage complex sales cycles selling our Source to Pay Suite to CPOs, CFOs, and CIOs.
  3. Grow revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts.
  4. Forecast sales closures accurately based on realistic opportunity assessments.
  5. Work with Inside sales and marketing to maximize territory penetration.
  6. Provide consultative solutions sales processes to prospects.
  7. Build key customer relationships with Zycus customers.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in a sales hunter role with a successful track record in large complex sales.
  • A proven track record and demonstrated success in leading teams selling SaaS/Cloud enterprise software to large enterprises and global companies.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively.
  • Experience in selling eProcurement software solutions is an added advantage.
  • Must have been part of President's Club/Winner's Circle/Achiever's Club/Platinum Club/Others.

Estimated Salary

$200,000 - $300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
