Regional Sales Director for Nintex Australia

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to drive sales growth and lead our team in the Australian market. With a proven track record of success in channel partner management, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
Job Description:The Regional Sales Director will oversee sales operations across multiple sub-regions, managing a team of sales professionals to achieve key performance metrics. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Recruiting, inducting, and managing Nintex partners to meet sales targets
- Creating and implementing sales strategies with the management team
- Achieving sales revenue targets and managing the sales pipeline
- Leveraging the strategic, global, and local partner ecosystem to build pipeline and drive sales
- Identifying and coordinating key performance indicators with the Technical Evangelist team
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Nintex products
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in channel partner management in the SaaS industry
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS solutions and their applications
- Strong understanding of the industry/market and its challenges
- Excellent customer relationships and engagement skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
