About the Role
This position is open for experienced sales professionals who can attract, hire, and coach account executives to hit sales targets and drive company goals.
As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will manage a team of account executives in Australia and New Zealand to grow market share amongst Enterprise companies.
The ideal candidate has experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales talent and handling complex deal negotiations.
The role requires effective communication across multiple business units and functions, adaptability, and air cover for their team while advocating internally for interests/needs.
The goal is maintaining strong sales performance, meeting budget expectations, and targets.
Responsibilities
* Meet or exceed quarterly team revenue targets
* Partner with Recruiting to attract and hire top sales talent
* Manage contract negotiations and Salesforce reporting
* Develop and manage a team of Account Executives
* Provide strategic direction to the sales organization and support to sales representatives as they manage deals from first contact to close
* Continuously improve sales processes and procedures
Requirements
* Proven track record of sales achievement as a sales representative
* Experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales talent
* Deep understanding of the sales process as it relates to Enterprise companies
* Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence to develop and present ideas to varying levels of audiences
