**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Reward and Performance Strategist to join our Performance, Reward, and Insights team. As a key leader in this team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to drive high-performance accountability culture within HBF.

**Responsibilities**

As the Reward and Performance Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and streamlining practices, frameworks, systems, processes, and job infrastructure to ensure HBF develops a high-performance accountability culture.
  • Oversight and governance of HBF's remuneration policies and procedures.
  • Driving improvements in people practices through targeted analytics and establishing an exceptional human capital insights practice.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A commercially-minded approach with experience in reward and performance strategy.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead a small team of experts.
  • Experience in strategic, tactical, and operational areas of generalist HR management.
