About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Performance and Reward Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with our business leaders and HR team members to develop and implement fit-for-purpose solutions that support our performance and reward objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our total reward strategy and frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business and HR team members on performance, remuneration, and benefits matters.
- Develop and support policies and processes underpinning our contemporary corporate remuneration and benefits framework.
- Play a key role in delivering cyclical reward programmes and total reward related projects and initiatives.
