Senior Performance Strategist

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Senior Performance Strategist is a pivotal position within our Global Performance Management Team. This role involves deep data analysis, identifying areas of improvement, and collaborating with various teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.

This exciting opportunity requires a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships with country managers and franchise partners to gain insights into their operations and local markets.

  • Collaboration: Build relationships with country managers to gain deep insights into their operations, local markets, and customers.
  • Analysis: Identify areas of strength and weakness within business units through detailed performance analysis using our analytical toolkit and reporting suites.
  • Problem-Solving: Collaborate with centralised teams to develop tailored solutions for identified issues.
  • Implementation: Assist in implementing these solutions to ensure they effectively address problems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor outcomes and make necessary adjustments to strategies and processes to drive continuous improvement.
