As a Performance Strategist at Wavemaker, you will play a crucial role in delivering unrivalled advantage to our clients, stakeholders, and people.

We are the world's leading global media performance organisation that unites GroupM Practices (search, social, programmatic, ad-ops, commerce) and Solutions (Finecast, Xaxis, Sightline and Goat) into a single unit. Our global organisation will be underpinned by a new cross-channel performance platform, AI and international delivery hubs to set new benchmarks for innovation, effectiveness and efficiency for GroupM's agencies and clients.

We have +350 people across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide, with a clear vision to lead the next era of media performance. We believe that this spans how we make advertising work better for our people, our planet, our communities, and our clients.

About the Role

The Performance Executive is a crucial role within the team, providing the foundations for success for our clients. You are responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation, optimization, monitoring, and reporting, working closely with your manager to produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets.

What We Offer

  • $85,000 - $110,000 per year salary range, based on experience and qualifications
