State-Based Sales Strategist

As a State-Based Sales Strategist at The Kraft Heinz Company, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with state-based distributors and end-users to drive net sales and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement account-specific business plans in collaboration with the Field Sales Manager to optimize performance.
- Sell to new accounts, focusing on specific channels and categories, to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and secure potential new business opportunities through effective negotiation and agreement-making.
- Establish and negotiate business plans that align with company policies and budget.
- Communicate standards and customer commitments to key stakeholders and ensure their implementation at the operational level.
- Collaborate with state-based accounts and internal units to create tailored product solutions and joint business plans.
- Monitor performance and compliance to agreements, taking corrective action where necessary.
- Provide regular updates on forecasting, opportunity pipeline, NPDs, pricing, and market intelligence to national field sales and other key stakeholders.
- Effectively utilize CRM software to manage sales activities and data.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and maintained data collection.
- Support portfolio of accounts through day-to-day customer management.
- Perform tasks aligned with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs, and goals.
