Cochlear Limited, a global leader in implantable hearing solutions, is seeking an experienced Regional Director to drive the growth of its Cochlear Implants (CI) Product Portfolio across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

As the Director, CI Product Portfolio, APAC, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and development of the Cochlear Implants and Services business within the APAC region. You will lead the product portfolio and launch plans across APAC to accelerate and drive growth across developed and emerging markets.

This role requires strategic leadership, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and strong commercial acumen. You will work closely with the global team and APAC country teams to develop and deploy regional portfolio plans, life-cycle management strategies, and customer-first approaches.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, product management, or marketing
  • Strong technical and commercial background with a clear understanding of marketing principles and product realisation
  • Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams with a coaching approach to leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with proven experience across different markets and cultures
  • Achievement-oriented and enthusiastic about driving business growth

The ideal candidate will have a graduate qualification in business, engineering, science, or marketing, and significant experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in medical devices. Proficiency in one or more languages is also highly desirable.

Cochlear offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience, as well as flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.
