About the Role

Metricon Homes Qld. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Brisbane Metro region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives;
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results;
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies;
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge;
  • Monitor and report on sales performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in volume housing or established real estate;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
