Role Overview:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a qualified individual to assume the position of Regional Director, overseeing our operations in Queensland and Western Australia. As a Regional Director, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization, responsible for delivering essential support, mentorship, and leadership to empower our teams and practices to reach their maximum potential. This position is primarily home-based within Australia, requiring regular travel to various practices and occasional attendance at CVS meetings, conferences, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to ensure practices meet their operational, clinical, and personnel objectives.
  • Optimize the financial and operational performance of veterinary practices.
  • Ensure the delivery of superior clinical quality and care standards.
  • Lead the effective implementation of key business initiatives and operational strategies.
