About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Director to provide strategic leadership and support to our team of Medical Directors and Regional Managers in QLD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide direction and support to Medical Directors and Regional Managers to drive performance and growth in QLD.
  • Clinical Governance: Ensure the implementation and monitoring of clinical standards and expected outcomes in practices within the region.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop business opportunities in collaboration with Regional Management and Operations Team.
  • Leadership Development: Provide mentoring and coaching to Medical Directors and other staff to enhance their leadership skills.
  • Clinical Best Practice: Share clinical best practice information with Medical Directors and organize opportunities for professional development.
  • Financial Analysis: Review financial datasets to identify strategic opportunities and collaborate with Regional Management and Operations Team.
  • Risk Management: Utilize clinical governance frameworks to track and mitigate risk and exposure.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree in Medicine and vocationally registered as Fellow of RACGP or ACRRM.
  • Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience as a GP.
  • Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership skills and customer service ethos.
  • Operational Management: Experience in effective operational management, business growth, and improving customer service in a multi-site environment.
  • Communication: Effective and inspirational communicator.
  • Commercial Skills: Sound commercial and financial capabilities.
