About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our Digital & Customer Experience team at Colonial First State.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end digital campaigns using Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Data Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Lead A/B testing and multivariate testing to refine digital experiences.
  • Be responsible for the digital customer journey and ensuring delivery of the best experience for CFS members and advisors.
  • Build dashboards, monitor, and report on digital performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement best practices and enhancements.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with conversion optimisation platforms (such as Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Data Platform, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Analytics).
  • Proven experience in digital optimisation, web analytics, and performance marketing.
  • Ability to provide input into strategy and best practices to drive acquisition and conversion uplift.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen - Adobe Analytics highly regarded or similar application used to extract useful insights from digital data.
  • Experience in CRM marketing campaign delivery and automation tools such as Adobe Journey Optimiser/Adobe Campaign highly regarded.
