About the Role:

ASIC is seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Information Technology Services team, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of Modern Workplace Services (M365) across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital workplace strategy that aligns with ASIC's business objectives.
  • Take ownership of incident resolution and team service requests within agreed service level objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with partners, key stakeholders, and clients of your services.
  • Build, enhance, and operate Modern Workplace Services (M365) products, including Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and M365 productivity suite.
  • Implement process efficiencies in the team with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Perform vulnerability management activities in line with Essential 8.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies in infrastructure through automation of design, build, and operational functions (SRE framework).

About You:

We are looking for someone with strong people and technology leadership skills, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar environment. You should have a good understanding and experience with wider DWS technologies outside of your team's domain (Enterprise networks, Mobility & Security).

What We Offer:

  • An annual salary between $135,048 - $139,100 based on experience, plus 15.4% Super.
