About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Designer to join our team at Just Digital People. As a Senior Service Designer, you will play a key role in designing end-to-end journeys for digital services, based on evidence of customer needs and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and deliver best practice service design methods and processes to support future design
  • Manage the design and delivery of service design artefacts, including current and future state journey maps, service blueprints, and personas, ensuring a holistic approach to end-to-end service design
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, communicating effectively and managing relationships
  • Lead and deliver workshop design and facilitation
  • Manage and deliver contextual research and insights

Requirements

  • Over 4 years' experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD) methods, with a focus on Service Design, Strategy, and Research
  • Experience in leading customer-centred design
  • Strong service design experience with a digital and/or omni-channel focus
  • Extensive experience with process mapping and process improvement
  • Understanding and application of Design Thinking principles
  • Government agency or Health Sector experience in a design capacity is highly desirable
