About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Experimentation Specialist to join our team at Woolworths, a leading retail business in Australia. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and customer experience excellence across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and analyze customer journeys across multiple digital products, channels, and engagement touchpoints to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and execute A/B testing and experience targeting (XT) strategies to optimize customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, UX design, data science, and QA, to build and deploy experiments that drive business outcomes.
  • Report and present insights to stakeholders, including product managers and senior leaders, to inform roadmaps and decision-making.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of experience in experimentation, digital optimization, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of experimentation standards and best practices, including A/B testing and personalization.
  • Strong UX/UI design and conversion principles knowledge, with a focus on customer experience and behavior.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and team collaboration, with a ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical skills and data analysis experience, including proficiency in A/B testing tools like Adobe Target and Optimizely, and experience with data analysis using platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
