Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the HR industry, workflows, and processes, as well as the ability to communicate the differentiated value of our platform. In this role, you will work closely with our Account Executives to provide technical expertise and support to customers. This includes preparing and developing technical demonstrations of our software, discussing customer needs and pains, and collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements.

  • Prepare and develop technical demonstrations of our software to explain our products or services to customers.
  • Discuss and invoke conversation around needs and pains in the HR tech space with customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support both before and during calls.
  • Listen to potential customers' technical requirements and needs and relay this feedback back to the product development team.
  • Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in training members of the sales team on the technical aspects of our products and services.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with 4+ years of strong pre-sales/solution consulting/sales engineering experience within a B2B technology SaaS environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills, as well as the ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers.
