As a Sales Enablement Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in our Global Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation. This exciting opportunity combines your passion for technology with your expertise in sales enablement to drive accelerated growth and exceptional customer outcomes.

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic professional who can bridge learning gaps and design targeted programs to support key business goals. With a strong understanding of software sales and strategic thinking, you'll collaborate with Executive and Sales Leadership to create compelling content, training, and onboarding programs that drive sales success.

Your expertise will be crucial in developing a scalable, high-impact Sales Enablement Strategy that supports Civica's GTM transformation across all verticals. You'll also create tailored learning pathways for the sales team, co-create sales methodologies, playbooks, and a comprehensive learning repository covering core skills and product knowledge.

This leadership role requires a strong influencing and relationship-building capability, fostering collaboration and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders. A proven track record in successfully implementing sales enablement programs in partnership with senior leaders is essential.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our talented team to redefine sales strategies, drive execution excellence, and enhance sales performance. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering results that matter and has a strong bias for action.
