Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our sales team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to build their career in tech sales and make a real impact.
Job Description- We are looking for a skilled researcher to identify potential customers from our Named Accounts List, which consists of companies that meet our Ideal Customer Profile.
- The ideal candidate will be able to send outbound emails, calls, and social touches to drive customer meetings for our Account Executives with key buyer personas.
- This role requires the ability to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining the quality of our pipeline.
- We are looking for someone who can develop a mastery of our sales process with a focus on optimizing the customer buying experience.
- To be successful in this role, you will need to be intelligent, curious, and driven to succeed in a career in tech startups and sales.
- You should be hard-working and persistent, putting in the time before and after meetings to deliver great results.
- We are looking for someone who is open to coaching and training, with a passion for learning and growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients.
- They will also need to be able to conceptually understand our platform and explain it on a high level.
- This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional onsite work at our Sydney office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
