Rural Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team as a Rural Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our rural retailers and key stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise sales revenue, margin, and volume of our rural products through extensive contact with end-users, distributor clients, and key influencers of buying decisions.
- Develop sales plans required to achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
- Achieve sales targets and influence large contractors, end-users, and other key stakeholders by articulating product benefits, demonstrating products, and providing training.
- Prepare proposals and detailed costings in consideration of our environment and encourage the purchase of higher-margin products.
- A robust understanding of the Australian agricultural industry and proven sales experience.
- A passion for farming and a strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to deliver effective presentations to individuals and groups.
- A positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
- Extensive training in the demonstration of a wide and growing range of our products will be provided.
- A willingness to travel and be away from home regularly.
