Business Development Executive

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving growth and expanding business opportunities for the IPA Group.
This position involves identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
A successful Business Development Manager should possess strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, persuasive communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential clients, industry sectors, and market trends.
- Generate leads through various channels, such as networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and maintain client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Customise proposals to address client requirements, showcase the organisation's value proposition, and win new business.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful contracts.
- Continuously manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue projections.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities.
- Analyse market data to identify potential opportunities for growth and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Coordinate with marketing, customer, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide feedback from clients and market insights to assist in service enhancements and pricing strategies.
- A demonstrated track record in business development or account management ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and a strong business and commercial acumen.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Proven track record in driving and exceeding targets to contribute to the success of the team.
