About the Role

This role is responsible for the continued revenue, gross margin, and customer growth across specified channels with the majority of the company's core product and service offerings to our clients.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new profitable business, achievement of the annual sales and margin budget, building major client relationships, expanding the client base, and actively contributing to the successful development of the specified sectors for the business. The position plays a key role in the future growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountability for key sales metrics within specified channels.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Accountable for the achievement of annual sales budgets, KPIs, and achieving financial targets (revenue, gross margin) for a channel or channels under your responsibility.
  • Responsible for setting sales targets, plans, and budgets at a state level for the channel or channels under your responsibility.
  • Provide a structured report on the status of all business opportunities.
