We are seeking an experienced Global Channel Partnerships Lead to drive and manage our reseller and marketplace partnerships on a global scale.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for reseller and marketplace partnerships that aligns with Canva's business goals.
  • Negotiate and structure complex agreements with key resellers and marketplace partners.
  • Maintain deep relationships with strategic partners at the executive level.
  • Measure and optimize partnership success using data-driven strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to position Canva as a preferred partner.
  • Lead and mentor a growing team, focusing on scaling as the partnership program grows.

This role is critical to expanding Canva's reach through third-party sales channels and platforms, driving measurable business impact.

What You'll Need:
  • Extensive experience in senior partnership leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in setting and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.

Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
