Global Partnership Expansion Specialist

We are on the hunt for a seasoned Global Partnership Expansion Specialist to spearhead our relationship management efforts with system integrator partners, developer communities, and other key tech partners. As a key player in driving our expansion through collaborative and innovative partnerships, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships that drive alignment with our long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with our tech partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and goal alignment.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive engagement, growth, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead the operational aspects of partnership management, ensuring all meetings, agendas, and action items are effectively organized and tracked.
- Work closely with our developer relations team to promote our API and integration tools within developer networks.
- Collaborate with partners to identify integration opportunities, develop joint solutions, and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Partner with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators, track partnership progress, and report on outcomes.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or account management, ideally within a tech, SaaS, or digital environment.
- A proven track record of working with system integrators and strategic tech partners, understanding their business models, and aligning partnership strategies.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end partnership initiatives, including project planning, timeline management, and delivering results across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse teams to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives.
- Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills, with experience navigating complex tech partner organizations.
What We Offer:
- An annual salary of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
