Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality food products that meet our client's expectations
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, technique, sanitation, and presentation
  • Monitor costs and maintain tight control over portion control, waste minimization, and stock control
  • Implement and maintain effective allergy awareness controls and adhere to all relevant health and safety and food safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional service standards and maintain a positive and professional work environment
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's values and mission, and contribute to the development of our culinary team

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality and service standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a focus on modern, contemporary, and innovative cuisine.

Requirements

  • Trade qualified (highly preferred)
  • Previous experience as a Chef (minimum two years)
  • Strong knowledge of all sections and techniques
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people (suppliers, customers, employees, and management)
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a calm and methodical manner
