Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at RACV Healesville Country Club and Resort. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the kitchen and providing high-quality food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, using local ingredients and adhering to kitchen policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and other senior members of the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Develop and maintain a passion for food and a flair for creating dishes that showcase local ingredients.
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and culinary concepts.
- Train and induct staff and supervise the development of apprentices, cooks, and chefs assigned to the sections.
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a 4-5 star hotel or resort environment.
- A Commercial Cookery qualification, recognized in Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in cookery and well-developed knife skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
