The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality food while following food safety standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide efficient service delivery that anticipates and accommodates client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the team and stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent food presentation standards.
  • Develop menus that incorporate nutrition and healthy eating.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic work practices.
  • Oversee stock control, including ordering, receiving, and stock taking.
  • Lead the team on site.

About You:

  • A passion for great food, beverage, and service.
  • A thorough understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practices.
  • Strong leadership skills where you thrive on leading by example.
  • A high attention to detail with a hands-on approach.
  • A proven background in event planning and operations.
  • A proven ability to train and develop teams.

  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
