Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team at our Yarra Valley Estate. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service in our restaurant and cellar door.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase our wine estate's produce and expertise
- Lead a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with our winemaking team to create wine-pairing menus and experiences
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Contribute to the development of our wine estate's culinary brand and reputation
- Diploma in Hospitality/Cookery or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior culinary role
- Passion for quality, consistency, and innovation in food and wine
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
