Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at RACV Healesville Country Club and Resort. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the kitchen and providing high-quality food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
- Manage the rotation of stock and minimize wastage
- Oversee and perform operational duties of the section
- Work in all areas of the kitchen operation
- Train and induct staff and supervise the development of apprentices, cooks, and chefs assigned to the section
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a 4-5 star hotel or resort
- Commercial Cookery qualification recognized in Australia
- Demonstrated experience in cookery and well-developed knife skills
- Ability to thrive in a large, busy, and fast-paced work environment
- Ability to comfortably lift 20kgs and perform repetitive manual tasks safely
- Full working rights in Australia
