Our Location

Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District (CBD), our hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences and event spaces. The hotel offers more than 3,700 sq m of sleek meeting and event space in the heart of the city featuring two spacious ballrooms with views of Darling Harbour and 22 additional meeting rooms.

The Role

You will play a critical role providing our valued guests and clients with exceptional friendly and efficient service, creating seamless, exceptional experiences. This is a front of house, operational role where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to develop your service skills in a high volume, fast-paced environment, commit to providing personalised and memorable experiences for our guests, build your interpersonal skills, working within a diverse, multi-cultural environment, expand your knowledge regarding the creation of menu items and beverages, and execute the set-up and pack-down of function spaces according to specifications.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will possess a desire to create distinctive and meaningful experiences, the ability to adapt and think quickly in high-pressure situations, a high level of personal and professional appearance, the strength to lift and move equipment, and be on their feet for an extended period of time, and the motivation to develop their interpersonal and leadership goals.

Estimate Salary Range: AU$45,000 - AU$60,000 per year

This is a 6-month internship, commencing from February 2025. As a 24-hour business, you must be able to work a rotating, 7-day roster. At times this may include shifts in the early morning, late evening, and overnight. Sponsorship is unavailable for this role, and you must be eligible to apply for a visa that grants full working rights.
