As a Client Relationship Executive, your primary responsibility will be to assist both new and established accommodation partners, guiding them on how to effectively cater to the needs of visitors on the platform. You will also be involved in creating and managing the accommodations' online profiles while providing training to new partners on utilizing the extranet and systems that enhance their visibility and offerings.

This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive daily communication with partners in your designated area via phone, internal messaging, and occasionally face-to-face to foster business growth;
  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with partners to ensure optimal availability and competitive pricing;
  • Explore opportunities with partners to enhance business performance using internal prioritization tools;
  • Serve as the first point of contact for key local accommodation partners, addressing inquiries and taking necessary actions;
  • Participate in weekly team learning sessions within the office;
  • Advise accommodation partners on their online profiles and assist them in updating information regarding availability, promotions, and special offers;
  • Act as a liaison for properties seeking assistance when Account Managers are unavailable;
  • Support properties or the company in developing and maintaining accommodation webpages and ensuring accurate property information;
  • Verify that the platform displays correct information and images for newly registered accommodations;
  • Deliver training via phone to new and existing properties on how to navigate the extranet and manage rates and availability;
  • Provide properties with information and guidance primarily through phone communication, including follow-ups;
  • Handle IT and administrative tasks as needed;
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to provide information support for new and existing accommodations;
  • Conduct regular rate and availability assessments across various platforms;
  • Assist in preparing for market visits, operational planning, and special projects;
  • Be adaptable and ready to take on additional tasks and projects as required.
  • Flexibility and the ability to quickly adjust to new guidelines and changes are essential.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Experience or affinity with the e-travel and/or hospitality industry is advantageous;
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently;
  • Ability to persuade partners over the phone to implement recommendations;
  • Resourceful, flexible, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills;
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in the e-travel and hospitality sectors;
  • Business-oriented with a positive outlook;
  • Preferred educational background in Hotel Management or a related field;
  • Must reside in Brisbane and not require work visa sponsorship to work in Australia.
