About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Executive to join our Business Banking team at Commonwealth Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our business clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their complex banking needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share in the commercial lending segment.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their financial needs and providing them with innovative solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a range of financial solutions, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and wholesale investment advice.
  4. Conduct financial analysis and credit decisioning to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the bank remains competitive in the market.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in business banking, commercial lending, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of financial analysis and credit decisioning.
  3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  5. Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
