Key Responsibilities

This position is tailored to support the strategic objectives of the Atturra Manufacturing Team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be tasked with planning, developing, and executing strategic and operational initiatives to enhance client experience and retention. In alignment with Atturra's values, you will act as the primary information source for existing clients and serve as the liaison for all Atturra functions, including Services, Support, and Sales. You will be the main point of contact for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving subscription renewals
  • Enhancing client satisfaction metrics
  • Ensuring clients are referenceable
  • Proactive communication with clients
  • Developing account plans and visions
  • Tracking all client interactions in the appropriate CRM software
  • Monitoring client growth and personnel changes

Additionally, you will identify passive revenue opportunities and oversee the improvement of sales operations and client processes to drive efficiency and growth. This role can serve as a pathway to a rewarding sales career.

Qualifications for Success

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a business-facing role as an IT Business Analyst or Consultant, showcasing increasing levels of responsibility. Experience with executive presentations and escalations; a strong presence in high-impact environments; and a willingness to delve into details to support organizational vision and mission—ERP experience and/or exposure to the manufacturing sector is essential.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively and maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Demonstrated understanding of business functions and a desire to learn additional areas.

• Strong organizational skills, including planning and follow-up, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships.

• Willingness to travel up to 5% as required to achieve client satisfaction and renewal metrics.

• Access to a vehicle or transportation service is necessary.
